Terms and Conditions for Distributors

  1. Advance Payment:

    • A 50% advance payment is required at the time of placing the order.
    • The remaining 50% payment must be cleared within 30 days of product delivery.
  2. Minimum Order Quantity:

    • A minimum of 12 pieces per product must be ordered.
  3. Documentation:

    • The shop owner must provide a copy of their GST certificate and Aadhaar card.
    • If the shop is owned by the shop owner, a copy of the shop ownership certificate must be provided.
    • If the shop is rented, a copy of the rental agreement or certificate must be provided.
  4. Influencer Video Requirement:

    • The shop owner is required to invite a local influencer to create a promotional video at their shop.
    • The video must prominently highlight Dream Attitude products.
    • The final video file must be sent to Dream Attitude for review and approval.
  5. Facebook Ads Campaign:

    • Dream Attitude will use the influencer video to run a targeted Facebook ad campaign focused on the shop's location.
    • The goal of the ad campaign is to increase shop awareness and footfall.
  6. Default and Penalties:

    • If the remaining 50% payment is not made within the specified 30-day period, Dream Attitude reserves the right to withhold future orders until the payment is fully cleared.
    • Failure to provide the required documentation may result in the cancellation of the order.
  7. Video and Content Usage:

    • Dream Attitude reserves the right to use the influencer video and any related content for promotional purposes across various platforms.
    • The shop owner agrees to allow Dream Attitude to run ads using the provided video content.
